About the Webinar

Have you ever worked hard to plan and offer a program only to find that nobody or very few people showed up? This doesn’t have to happen. There’s no need to guess about what will work for your church. If leaders know the inner workings of the people they serve, they can plan offerings with a higher level of confidence and design programs and services in a way that will meaningfully meet the needs of the people they serve. A focus group is a powerful listening tool that can help church leaders understand the needs and motivations of their members, or any other target audience, so that they can plan and offer programs and services that really make a difference.

This one-hour webinar will introduce participants to the power of focus group research. Participants will leave with all the tools they need to begin planning and offering focus groups immediately. No leader should be without this tool in his/her planning kit. Used properly, focus groups can transform your results.
