About the Presenter
The Rev. Phillip Blackburn has been ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA) since 2003. He has served congregations from 175 to 4,000 members and is currently the director of of the Thriving in Rural Ministry program at the University of the Ozarks. This program helps support pastors and ministry leaders in rural congregations in the Presbytery of Arkansa.
