The part of the worship service when the pastor or another person speaks directly to the children should show them that the church values and welcomes them. Don Kolacki has been giving the children’s message in churches for over twenty-five years. Join Don and his wife, Debbie, as they share ideas for giving a meaningful, interactive message for all ages.

Don Kolacki is a registered architect who has served in many areas of ministry, including teaching both children and youth, at Bayport UMC in New York. He is currently the chair of the Staff-Parish Relations Committee there.

Debbie Kolacki is the Senior Consultant and Online Resource Center Administrator for PRC. She is a Certified Christian Educator and Certified Lay Servant in the UMC. She enjoys partnering in many areas of ministry with her husband, Don. They live in Blue Point, NY, with their two (somewhat troublesome) cats.
